What is Flow

What is Flow?

Every learner arrives into situations differently.

Some learners are comfortable moving with an early indication.

Others prefer to see more of the situation before committing.

Neither approach is right or wrong.

Flow exists to help make those differences easier to recognise.

Flow is not...

❌     A personality test

❌         An ability score
❌         A diagnosis

❌ A teaching method

The sooner an instructor recognises how a learner tends to arrive into situations,
the sooner they can begin building lessons around what is already there.

Flow does not replace instructor judgement.

It is simply another lens through which to view it.
